As a member of our comprehensive maintenance plan you will receive, at no extra charge:
- Regular diagnostic and preventative maintenance checks to British Standard Specifications
- Permanent access to our customer care team
- All inclusive repairs, replacement parts, materials and labour, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year*
Comprehensive maintenance offers the best value for money and helps to ensure the reliable and trouble free service that you need from your electronic security system. We will be pleased to provide more information on request.
All service contract holders have on offer a 24 hour Emergency Service Scheme which is also available.
* All inclusive and replacement does not apply if they are occasioned by one or more of the following exceptional circumstances: break-in, persistent mis-operation by the customer (more than 2 activations in any 12 months period beginning from the date of installation), signaling line fault, mains power failure exceeding 8 hours, physical damage to all or part of the system, replacement of CCTV camera and monitor tubes, infra-red lamps and video recording heads, scaffold and site access charges, acts of God and force majeure, replacement materials on non D R Electrical (Barnsley) Limited installed systems and any associated return visits to fit the same.
